Because a race is still offered under a particular track it doesn't mean you will have a valid wager on that race.
The Horse Ticket Writer is a system that assigned time for each particular ticket.
This Ticket Time is what determining if a Wager is walid or NOT.
In order to get a valid time you should place your wager at least 5 minutes before the race starts. You do not need to adjust your ticket wager time because the adjusted time is already included in the time given to you.
When wagering on Future Events offered where odds are fixed (For example: Kentucky Derby, Breeders Cup, Preakness), if the horse that is wagered upon does not qualify to enter the race or scratches, the wager is a loss.
Once wagers are confirmed we cannot change or void a confirmed wager. We cannot be held responsible for any wagers that do not get in for any reason.
Wagers are accepted by saddle cloth number. When you wager on a horse that is coupled, you receive all horses running under said number. When wagering on a horse that is part of a field, you receive all horses in said field.
Attempted pool manipulation will be cause for your account to be closed and your outstanding balance returned immediately. Bet33 Sportsbook will not honor any wager that was placed after the official time of the start of said race.
All disputes settled by Bet33 Online Sportsbook use industry standards as guidelines. All phone calls are recorded to settle disputes. The Bet33 Sportsbook teller readback is the customer's wager confirmation. It is the customer's responsibility to listen to the readback and correct any errors.
Customers attempting to wager more than the stated limit through multiple wagers or multiple accounts are subject to review and possible account termination.
Any wagers accepted on a non-existent or unavailable pool would constitutes a refund of the wager.
